Biography:

Hegazzi is a poet, translator and the co-editor of Meena (Port), a bilingual Arabic-English magazine based in the ports of Alexandria, Egypt, where Hegazzi was part of the 1990s literary seminar held by Haggag Hassan Oddoul at the Nubian Club  and New Orleans, where Hegazzi currently lives.
